FIXED CENTER DISTANCE VARIABLE SPEED PULLEY DRIVE ( F.C SERIES)


	SPEED VARIATION RATIO 1:6	(0.25 To 15 KW )

Fc drive is suitable for 0.25kw to 15kw motor ratings.

The step less output speed range in case of 1440 RPM motor is from 565 to 3780 RPM Approximately

The drive is consists of two variable speed pulleys & a belt .One pulley is mechanically Adjusted and mounted on motor shaft (driver pulley) and other pulley is spring loaded Which is mounted on Gear box / machine shaft (driven pulley)

The output speed variation is obtained by means of screw spindle when it is turned of Driver pulley.

The variable speed belt is pulled in or out between the flanges of both the pulleys. There By changing the effective running diameter of the belt and providing speed variation of 1:6 of spring loaded pulley (driven pulley).

How To Select Fc- Drive & Belt ?
	While selecting the Drive following parameters are essential
	KNOWN :-
1)	Motor power.
2)	Centre distance between Motor shaft and Machine / Gear box shaft.

	TO FIND :-
1)	Refer table 1 for selection of FC- Drive size.
2)	Refer table 2 for dimensions.
3)	Refer table 3 for selection of belts.
